SarasotaDr. Espinosa Ginic is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist specializing in the diagnosis and comprehensive management of cardiac arrhythmias. He has advanced expertise in complex catheter ablations and in the management of cardiac electronic devices, including pacemakers and defibrillators. He also performs left atrial appendage closure procedures (Watchman).
A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Dr. Espinosa Ginic received his medical degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Caracas, Venezuela. He completed his residency, cardiology, and electrophysiology fellowships at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He joined Florida Cardiac Consultants in 2021 after six successful years of practice at Ascension Saint Thomas Heart in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dr. Espinosa Ginic is passionate about delivering personalized, patient-centered care and remains actively involved in clinical research to advance the field of electrophysiology. He performs procedures at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, a nationally recognized leader in cardiac care.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, fishing, water sports, and music.
