Natalie Martin, Practice Manager
Natalie Martin is the practice manager at Florida Cardiac Consultants, bringing more than two decades of experience in leadership, training, and process improvement within the healthcare industry.
Before joining Florida Cardiac Consultants Inc., Natalie spent 10 years with National Vision, where she served as a regional learning specialist, developing and implementing training programs across more than 1,300 retail locations nationwide. Her background in operations management and team development has made her a trusted leader known for her focus on quality, efficiency, and collaboration.
Natalie is a proud Florida State University fan and the mom of “the most amazing son.” She enjoys spending her free time with family, cheering on the Seminoles, and exploring the Florida outdoors.
Katie Smith, CCDS, CEPS, Cardiac Device Technician
Katie Smith is our cardiac device technician and brings more than 20 years of experience in cardiac device management and patient device monitoring. After graduating from Texas A&M University, she began her career with a leading pacemaker manufacturer, where she received comprehensive training in device programming, diagnostics, and patient support.
Following several years of hands-on industry experience, Katie joined Florida Cardiac Consultants, where she continues to support patients with pacemakers and implanted cardiac devices.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys watching college football and spending time at theme parks with her family.
