Jennifer Thurmer, DNP, MSN
Jennifer Thurmer relocated to Sarasota from Manchester, Vermont. She received her bachelor’s from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH, her master’s and post-master’s in acute care nursing from Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY, and her doctorate from Regis College in Weston, MA.
She served as the AAHFN Research Committee Chair for three years and is an Associate of the American College of Cardiology (AACC). She joined Florida Cardiac Consultants in May 2024 and has worked as a nurse practitioner in cardiology for 25 years.
She is married with two daughters and has had lifelong involvement in the equine world. Jennifer is also an avid golfer.
